Kitchen Coordinator / Dietary Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Cooking
- Purchasing
- Scheduling
- Documentation
- Quality assurance
- Inventory control
Kitchen Coordinator / Dietary Supervisor Qualifications:
- Have experience in long term care and an industrial kitchen.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Prefer Serve Safe certified.
- DTM, DTR or DM preferred but not required
